Clean room with vinyl plank floors, ditching the usual grimy carpets. Nice water pressure in the shower, even if you have to bring your own shampoo.
Unpleasant atmosphere due to lingering smoke and trash outside the rooms. Had to deal with noisy doors slamming every time I tried to catch some sleep, and the heater was sluggish, needing to be cranked up to 80 degrees just to reach a decent temperature. Not the best place for peace if you prefer some quiet solitude.
